The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating projects within the Service Department.
Whilst providing a high level of guidance, direction and motivation to the team to ensure projects are completed safely and customer deadlines are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate resources associated with machine builds, shutdowns and other major worksEnsure all materials, labour and subcontractors are organised and used effectivelySupervise and monitor the progress of projects with expected completion dates whilst managing costsMaintain project schedules and prepare project activity reports when requiredDetailed reporting during projectsAbout you Experience in supervising employees with the desire to drive a teamSound written and verbal communication skillsMonitoring workload and maintaining productivity standardsUpholding safety, quality and compliance standardsEnsuring a positive and results-driven work environmentWork on some of the world's largest and most technically advanced equipmentDiversity and Inclusion Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
