Project Supervisor

IPA is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Supervisor within the Building & Construction Industry to join our client in Longreach. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Trades and a strong aptitude for managing and coordinating project planning and delivery activities.
We offer a Monday to Friday roster, full-time hours, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic team. You will be employed on a labour hire basis with IPA, and the pay rate will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
Manage contractors to ensure smooth project execution Assist in the planning and delivery of projects Conduct high-quality condition assessments and estimation services Maintain a healthy and safe work environment Perform WHS audits as required Develop scopes of work for trade packages Ensure timely completion of works within agreed timeframes Ability to work remotely and effectively manage your own time and workload to meet KPIs and timeframes Requirements:
Trade background (Builder, Carpenter) Computer literacy and competency required for utilising on-site assessment program and data entry Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well within a team and autonomously, taking direction when necessary Strong work ethic and dedication to meeting project goals Occasional travel may be required, and you must be able to stay overnight within the area. A work vehicle and accommodation and meal allowances are provided. A valid driver's licence and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Training on specific requirements, reletting standards, WHS requirements, and systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
