Description: The full-time position of supervisor is expected to provide leadership and is responsible for, although not limited to: supervising and managing the team and resources, project programming, ensuring the safety of crew members, following WHS guidelines, planning and scheduling, employee and client relations, productivity of crew members, quality control, and administration. The Supervisor is the key interface in the relationships between the company, subcontractors, external stakeholders, and the client. Skills and Experiences: Applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes for consideration of their application. Minimum requirements are:Demonstrated experience in road and earthworks, with a preference for stabilisation experience.Current unrestricted class C Australian Drivers Licence (HR licence is preferred).Commitment to their own health and safety and that of others that may be affected by their actions.Able to manage maintenance requirements to standard.
