The Role:
We have a permanent position for a Project Supervisor to join our team in Ballarat. Our SEM Fire and Rescue Division, based in Ballarat, has been building emergency service vehicles for more than 65 years. We supply innovative vehicles to numerous fire and many other emergency services and private customers, both locally and overseas. This role will include:
Coordinate relevant Customer communications during the Project
Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close-out projects
Develop and maintain project schedules
Plan, coordinate, monitor, coach and review the work performance of project team members
To be considered for this role you will:
Have previous experience in project management or supervision within a manufacturing or construction environment
Strong Leadership and Organizational skills to manage project delivery teams effectively, prioritize tasks and hold others to account
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across functions and stakeholder groups effectively
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a complex work environment
Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements and protocols related to manufacturing
Proficient in using computer software/s for project management and reporting
Thrive on solving problems and creating innovative solutions
Enjoy a fast pace where thinking on your feet and managing multiple projects energises you
