Project Supervisor - Fifo

Seeking experienced Project Supervisors for a long-term Project at Mount Weld, WA.
Our client is a 100% Aboriginal-owned provider specialising in surface mining and earthworks. They have the largest privately owned fleet of surface miners and trenchers in Australia, catering to mining, renewable energy, and earthworks projects nationwide.
About the position: Position: Project SupervisorLocation: Mount Weld - FIFO from Perth OnlyCommencement: ASAPPay rates: $85 - $90ph based on experience and paid weekly
Responsibilities: Oversee 25-30 heavy mobile plant operators with bulk and detailed earthworks. Manage contractor performance and report directly to managers. Schedule materials and plant requirements. To be considered: Minimum 3 years Earthworks Supervisor experience. Hold all relevant operator tickets/licences. Valid Driver's Licence (HR preferred). Excellent leadership skills. Excellent communicator with strong client management skills. National Police Clearance (recent). Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
