Project Supervisor - Fifo

Seeking experienced Project Supervisors for a long-term FIFO 2:1 roster to start early/mid-May 2024 paying up to $90.00 per hour and paid weekly. Unite Resourcing is seeking experienced Supervisors for a long-term FIFO 2:1 roster to start ASAP. This will be working on a rare earths project near Laverton with around 9 months' worth of work on this project with additional projects scheduled for late 2024/early 2025. About the position: Oversee 25-30 heavy mobile plant operators with bulk and detailed earthworks Manage contractor performance and report directly to managers Schedule materials and plant requirements FIFO from Perth ONLY 2:1 Roster - 80hr-84hr work weeks (Mon-Sun) $85 - $90 per hour based on experience and paid weekly To be considered: Minimum 3 years Earthworks Supervisor experience Hold all relevant operator tickets/licences Valid Driver's Licence (HR preferred) Excellent leadership skills Excellent communicator with strong client management skills National Police Clearance (recent) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol.
