About the Role
This role will be responsible for the provision of robust and effective on-site leadership and execution of the Projects department, that enables the team to deliver safe, efficient and compliant services support to the Mining Division and its Customers.
The Project Supervisor role is required to lead and direct outcomes set out by the Project Manager, ensuring compliance and conformance to operational goals and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide effective leadership and direction to allocated team members Drive a project's completion through accuracy and compliance to process and deliverables Provide reports and liaise with customers regarding operations About You
Experience in supervising employees with the desire to drive a team Sound written and verbal communication skills Trade certificate in relevant discipline highly regarded S26 certification preferred Benefits
