Ventia's Defence Base Services (DBS) team at RAAF Pearce, Bullsbrook is looking for a Project Supervisor to join our team.
As the Project Supervisor , you'll be responsible for delivering key civil and building construction projects that ensure RAAF Pearce continues to operate at peak efficiency.
You'll coordinate sub-contractors, manage project budgets, and collaborate with Defence personnel, all while experiencing the thrill of working on a Defence base with planes soaring above!

What You'll Be Doing:
Scope, price, and plan projects: Prepare detailed project proposals, including complex cost estimates and technical alternatives.
Work closely with Defence personnel: Coordinate with a range of stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Lead subcontractor coordination: Ensure smooth project execution by managing subcontractors and sourcing competitive pricing and high-quality work.
Manage projects from start to finish: Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Uphold safety and quality: Follow established risk management, quality, and safety procedures to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
Cost planning & project management: Strong knowledge of principles and practices.
Construction & maintenance experience: Background in civil construction and reactive maintenance is highly regarded.
Negotiation & relationship-building: Ability to influence and establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Computer proficiency: Competent in MS Office; experience with MMS SAP systems is advantageous.
OHS Card: Current White/Blue Card.
What You Need to Know:
Defence Security Clearance: You must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 clearance.
National Police Clearance and a valid Australian driver's licence are required.
