Location: Geelong, Flexible Status: Flexible; Full time About You
The Project Site Supervisor is a pathway into Project Management and you will inspire others by building trust and credibility through your engaging style.
You will oversee projects of a diverse nature, including infrastructure supporting water, sewerage, recycled water, and renewable energy networks.

Comfortable making decisions and working with a diverse set of stakeholders, the Site Supervisor plays a key role in managing projects on site on a day-to-day basis.
You can identify problems proactively and bring innovative solutions in real time.

As an adept planner with great time management skills, you are able to manage the competing priorities of coordinating existing projects at various stages of completion and allocating resources effectively to deliver them on time.

Safety focused and motivated, you work according to safe operating procedures while proactively identifying problems and developing innovative solutions, with a real drive for continuous improvement.

As a large component of this field-based role requires vehicle travel within the Barwon Water facilities, a current Victorian driver's licence will be required.
A pre-employment medical, including health, drug, and alcohol assessment is required for this position and is part of our selection process.

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic thinker who is looking to take their first steps into the world of Project Management.
You will plan works, lead onsite workers and subcontractors, who can support and bring leadership to deliver projects and provide technical advice.

You'll supervise works on-site to ensure they are delivered safely, timely, cost-effectively, and to a high-quality standard.
You will be supported in your growth by a team of leaders who are invested in developing and uplifting the capabilities within the project team.

BAS Projects are delivered for multiple clients across Victoria, including Barwon Water's minor capital works program, using delivery models involving our own tradespeople and subcontractors.
