Position Overview: Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join their dynamic team. The Project Admin will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, from inception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for construction and a desire to contribute to the success of exciting projects. Key Responsibilities:Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate issues.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or inquiries.Support the project team in adhering to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.Qualifications:Previous experience in construction project coordination or administration is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and regulations is an asset.
