This role is an exciting opportunity to work withinour Group IT, Portfolio Management and Assurance team. It’s an exciting opportunity to provide support to the cluster wide portfolio (~120 projects and ~$200M). Our mission is to become a trusted customer centric ICT service provider, enabling agencies to deliver personalised digital experiences to NSW and this vacancy will provide a pivotal role in achieving this!

Your responsibilities will include:
Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience.

Providing projects with ongoing resource management and related support.

Monitoring employee utilisation, workload, and overtime hours.

Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.

Keeping informed on labour laws and trends in resource management.

Understanding and use of project, program and portfolio management methodologies and tools.

About you:
A passionate leader, coach and mentor who will give a great employee experience.

Experience working as a resource manager in a complex ICT portfolio environment.

Relevant qualification in a project management related field.

Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with variedstakeholders.

Thrives working on a complex project with experience in program delivery methods, including the implementation of technology solutions.

Experience in business case development and governance processes.

Knowledgeable with government processes and governance.
