As the Project Services Officer you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering activities associated with this contract.
This position is for a fixed term, with end date of 11 October 2025. Key responsibilities will include:
Driving implementation of the Vacant Beds project to ensure the objectives are achieved and work plan milestones and deliverables are met.Acting as the point of liaison between the key project stakeholders.Engaging with WA residential aged care providers and Health Service Providers to optimise usage of the portal including developing appropriate resources and providing training and support.Coordinating and supporting activities to promote the service.Engaging with the Portal developer to monitor progress of agreed product enhancements and obtain data for periodic reporting.Preparing periodic reports to monitor performance in line with contracted obligations.About You: You are an excellent communicator able to engage with a variety of stakeholders with the ability to provide training and support to software system users.
Your strengths extend to project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
You will also possess:
a strong understanding of the WA primary health system and aged careexcellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to analyse data and prepare comprehensive reportsstrong technical capability with intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft suite.We require federal police check as an essential selection component for this role.
