We have an exciting opportunity for a Project & Services Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the NW Executive Officer, the Project & Services Manager will provide corporate project management skills in a number of crucial areas.
This includes ICT network and systems, facilities and asset management, and project implementation, working as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team.
This position contributes to operational success by overseeing Glenhaven's ICT & Systems environment and managing the infrastructure that underpins the organisation's operations.
This position will also be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organisation from inception to completion and ensure staff can operate effectively in the new systems.
This position is full time and based in our Head Office in Ulverstone, with some travel to our Launceston office.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure appropriate ICT and communications equipment, software and systems are available for staff, and the organisation has access to appropriate infrastructure including properties, vehicles, furniture and other assets that underpin operations.Provide expertise and input in managing Glenhaven's ICT, Systems and infrastructure.Research and inform the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) of best practice solutions.
Project manage and implement improved ICT Systems and Infrastructure strategy to ensure consistency and best practice across all programs.Manage budgets for projects to ensure effective cost management of projects.Oversee the organisation's vehicle fleet including sourcing replacement vehicles, and ongoing maintenance of the existing vehicles in consultation with Admin staff.Oversee Glenhaven's properties including office spaces, properties owned by Glenhaven and other leased properties in consultation with the ELT, Finance Team and Admin.Be the initial contact point for issues and advice around IT, Systems and Infrastructure, emails, laptop problems etc.Ensure all aspects of compliance and cyber security for:o Provision, set up and maintenance of laptops and other hardware.o Maintaining a high level of cyber security.o Management of the organisation's 3CX phone system.o Software licence management.o Data security.As the Project & Services Manager, you will have: Degree or qualifications in project management and ICT systems is highly desirable.Diploma or other qualification with current operational experience.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.An ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, courtesy and discretion.A current (less than 12 months old) Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or National Police Check or happy to submit to one.A current Working with Vulnerable People (NDIS endorsed) card or the ability to acquire.A current full Australian Driver's licence (minimum P2s) is essential.Due to the inherent requirements of the advertised role, you are encouraged to ensure at all times whilst employed, you are vaccinated against the following: (a) COVID-19; (b) any other pandemic that is recommended under the National Health Management Strategy.Glenhaven actively supports staff to have a healthy work life balance.
