Project & Service Delivery Manager (National)Summit by DTiQ are the world leaders in drive-thru timing systems for Quick Service Restaurants (QSR's).Position OverviewThe National Project & Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of national projects and services with a focus on timeliness, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. This role emphasizes high standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and efficient resource management. Key responsibilities include coordinating technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance, building client relationships, and providing detailed reporting to senior management.This is a full-time, office-based position requiring attendance five days a week at the head office in Braeside, (26 kms south east of Melbourne) in Victoria.Key ResponsibilitiesManage national projects and services to meet scope, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.Ensure compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Schedule and oversee technicians, ensuring their training, onboarding, and skill sets are up-to-date.Coordinate contractors, providing necessary tools, stock, and information to meet customer timelines.Oversee project budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure profitability.Deliver detailed reports on project completion, including revenue, costs, and margins.Analyse financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess objectives, review past performance, and set future goals, along with weekly status updates.Ensure timely invoicing for project and service attendance.Prepare and submit comprehensive Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports at month-end, with updates provided throughout the month.Generate monthly and project completion reports highlighting performance metrics, revenue, and costs.Stock & Logistics CoordinationCollaborate with the logistics team to ensure stock availability for timely project execution.Reconcile installed hardware with administrative records to ensure accurate invoicing.Client & Contractor ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and contractors.Address client and contractor needs promptly to ensure seamless project and service execution.Health & Safety LeadershipEnsure technicians and contractors adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.Verify that technicians and subcontractors hold necessary licenses and certifications, ensuring ongoing compliance.Oversee the creation and adherence to risk assessments and safety documentation, such as Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).Experience & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years in a managerial role with a related technical background (CCTV, Security, AV, or Data).Proven track record in project and service delivery.Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in project management or related fields.White Card/Safety certification, demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety.Driver's license essential for operational mobility.Key SkillsExceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects effectively.Client-centric approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.Proficiency in project management and finance tools, particularly Salesforce and NetSuite.Strong project management skills to ensure consistent delivery and comprehensive documentation post-installation.Flexibility to travel nationally as required.If you meet the above skillset and are looking to work in the Bayside area at Braeside, please apply today via Seek.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a service delivery manager?Do you have customer service experience?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?What's your expected annual base salary?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?How many years of project management experience do you have?Do you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)?
