Project/Senior Architect

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our award-winning practice renowned for offering personalized advice to clients. Our firm provides a broad and comprehensive range of architectural services and is looking for a driven and talented architect to hit the ground running on a myriad of projects in the residential, multi-residential, and commercial sectors.
Minimum Requirements6-10 years of technical architectural experience post-graduation.Strong focus in contract administration and delivering projects within the residential and multi-residential sectors.Versatile in the full project lifecycle including concept, feasibility, master planning, design development, construction documentation, contract administration, superintendency, and variations.Capability to lead and manage a team of graduate architects and interior designers to deliver projects.Sound understanding of relevant design codes and regulations.High degree of competency in Revit.Ability to provide value to the business and progress into the leadership team.What's on OfferWith a strong pipeline of work and a collective of both architecture and design professionals, we are ready to deliver exceptional and innovative projects.
