About the role
This full-time Project Scheduler - IT role at NEC Australia is an excellent opportunity to utilise your strong project scheduling and coordination skills to support the successful delivery of IT projects. Based in our Perth office, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using project management software Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing potential risks and issues Facilitating regular project meetings and providing updates to key stakeholders Collaborating with project teams to optimise resource allocation and ensure timely project delivery Providing support in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports and dashboards Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of project management best practices What we're looking for
Significant experience in a project scheduling or coordination role, ideally within an IT or technology environment Proficiency in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with project teams and senior stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Tertiary qualifications in project management, information technology or a related field are desirable What we offer
