We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Scheduler to join our Infrastructure Projects team in Perth, WA on a 12-Month Max-Term Contract.
Reporting to the Team Leader Project Controls, you will play a key role in providing end to end project and business support for all business units within the Infrastructure Delivery Division and ID systems and processes, to ensure ID's clients receive the highest level of delivery and support possible from the division.
Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
Conduct delay analysis and develop time impact analyses to support project adjustments.
Collaborate with project teams to gather all necessary data for accurate scheduling and forecasting, along with providing expert recommendations and strategic insights to avoid or minimise project delays.
Prepare and present reports on schedule status, delays, and recovery plans to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all project timelines, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
Ensuring project schedules are kept up to date to allow for accurate reporting, along with responsible for the delivery of project governance reporting Your background Demonstrated experience within project planning and scheduling, particularly in the construction or engineering sectors.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and a solid understanding of delay analysis techniques.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex project data.
Ability to contribute to continuous improvement of project controls processes and systems Advanced understanding/knowledge of project execution processes/work flow, cost control, schedule baseline development and maintenance, progress measurement and project management reporting systems Working at APA At APA we're committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.
