About your new role:
The Project Scheduler will engage alongside main key stakeholders who will be the Program Managers, Senior Project Managers and Technical Stream Leads.
The Project Scheduler will be the glue that ties each stream together, ensuring that the program moves in the right direction towards achieving its strategic goals.
This will be achieved by the ability to quickly foster relationships with the stakeholders by providing support and advise to ensure that deliverables are met on time, budget and quality.
•Creation of project/program schedules for each active project
•Review schedule impacts associated with Resource conflicts, Milestone tracking and Contract EOT claims
•Assist with the training and assisting Project managers with the use of MS Project, both desktop and online, to ensure correct usage of the project schedule management processes
•Develop and issue resource-loaded project schedules to provide accurate project resource request
•Prepare and report on the schedule, expenditure, and resource forecasts to ensure budgets are met
•Provide ad-hoc report development services to project delivery teams.
About you:
•Experience with MS Project is essential
•Shows the ability to understand customer demand and how to meet deadlines
•Ability to commit to an ongoing assignment
•Previous experience in working in an innovative and agile environment
•Proven Project Scheduling experience working across multiple, large-scale projects
