The Opportunity As the Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning, building and maintaining the overall master program using Primavera P6, working within a Program Management Office which oversees a range of construction-based projects.
With your expertise, your program will incorporate timelines, milestones, and dependencies for multiple infrastructure projects with regular updates to optimise the program and reflect changes in project scope.
Your strength lies in collaborating with stakeholders delivering clear and concise schedule reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and critical path activities.
You are well versed in maintaining cost-loaded schedules and integrating all other financial aspects into project timelines whilst collaborating with finance teams to ensure cost projections are monitored against the budgeted figures.
Reporting to PMO Head, the position is further supported by our talented team of people across Operations, Project Delivery and Finance (to name a few).
This role is based out of our Head office in Sydney.
You will bring: Experience within a Program Scheduler or Project Scheduler position within the water industry, civil construction or utilities/infrastructure environmentGED certificate; bachelor's degree preferred.
Formal qualifications in Project Management or Project Planning/Control or Engineering (or extensive experience within the field)Experience using Primavera, Microsoft Project or similar specialist project planning applicationOur Team At Interflow, we are honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
