Role Responsibilities: Provide support for the development of integrated schedules for small-scale projects and programs.Liaise with stakeholders across work streams to inform design, development and implementation of schedules.Support relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.Assist with routine reporting cycles update schedules to ensure accurate sequencing, alignment of dependencies, and progress against deliverables and milestones.Identify and help resolve scheduling issues to support the delivery of outcomes.Contribute to the effectiveness of streamlined team processes and continuous improvement.Perform research and analysis on project schedules and contribute to the preparation of reports.Contribute to providing support and scheduling knowledge to stakeholders.Exercise appropriate delegations in accordance with legislation and guidelines.Key Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years' experience managing scheduling activities across large-scale projects and programs.Demonstrated experience capturing and monitoring the relationship between dependencies, and ensure target milestones are realistic, achievable, and on track.Demonstrated experience operating with a considerable degree of independence, working under the broad direction of senior staff.Demonstrated experience providing scheduling expertise for highly technical and complex schedules that aligns to and meets business objectives.Who is Arazai: Arazai is a leading Australian-based consulting and services organisation.
