The Opportunity:We are partnering with a Government client to support their Infrastructure and Operations branch, and we are seeking three Project Schedulers to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and coordinate integrated project schedules, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of key projects across the division.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules for small-scale projects and programs, ensuring accurate tracking and milestone achievement.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedules are aligned with business objectives and project goals.Monitor and manage dependencies, ensuring all project milestones are realistic and on track.Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, provide expert scheduling advice, and contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes.Assist in preparing detailed reports and analysis of project timelines and progress.Key Attributes: Experience: Minimum of 3+ years' experience in managing project schedules, with a proven track record in supporting large-scale projects or programs.Skills: Strong knowledge of scheduling software and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously.Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail-oriented approach to managing schedules and resolving conflicts.Why Join Us?At 1 and One, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can contribute to impactful government projects.
