A real endeavour, shaped by you As Project Scheduler , you'll work collaboratively within the Project Team with a high degree of autonomy to manage the Master Schedule and deliver business initiatives. To succeed in this endeavour, you will: Participate in and lead scheduling workshops to help develop schedules, including resourcing, levelling, work breakdown structures, and reports. Maintain, develop, and update the scheduling framework, processes, and templates. Dependency development and analysis; updating and reporting on schedule progress. Identify scheduling issues and provide advice for remediation and resolution options. Collaborate with team leads and responsible parties to ensure data integrity. Identify and implement planning and scheduling improvement initiatives. A real endeavour, driven by you Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role: You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. Relevant qualifications and professional development in relation to Project Management Schedule management professional accreditation or qualification for Open Plan Professional Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the defence, government, or professional services industries. A natural ability to build trusted relationships with team members, customers, and partners. A strong track record in managing resources to ensure services are delivered for current and future demand. Strong communication skills, and you'll also be an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems. More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to manage critical projects and programs that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
