They are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Sales Consultant to join their team for the launch of an exciting new apartment project in a blue-chip area of Melbourne.
About the Role Customer Experience: Deliver "A" class customer service to prospective purchasers, ensuring their needs and requirements are met with the right sales solutions.
Sales Process Management: Oversee the full sales process from initial inquiry to settlement, maintaining strong relationships throughout.
Sales Targets: Confidently achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of high-end property sales.
Lead Management: Proactively manage and follow up all leads, acting as an ambassador for the project brand and company.
CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize the CRM to achieve sales results and minimize cancellation rates.
Reporting: Provide relevant reports on sales and lead activity to the sales manager and the internal project team.
Core Skills and Experience Seasoned Sales Professional: Proven track record in selling off-the-plan properties, particularly high-end properties.
Client Relationship: Experience dealing with high net worth clientele, understanding their unique needs and nuances.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and listening skills coupled with superior negotiation abilities.
Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing and nurturing relationships.
Resilience and Work Ethic: Possess a resilient attitude, strong work ethic, and a winning mentality.
Residential Apartment Knowledge: Ideally, knowledge of and/or experience in the residential apartment space.
