Newly approved project in Hervey Bay Agile private developer Base plus commissions A rare opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Project Sales Manager to join this expanding diversified property group. The role will see the successful candidate take a pivotal role launching and selling a quality project in Hervey Bay.
The role will involve handling enquiries and following up leads generated by a dedicated Marketing team. Driving the sales process from initial contact to EoI through to settlement is the key, nurturing relationships with clients throughout the journey.
The successful candidate we seek will be empathic, self-motivated, energetic and proactive. As an experienced sales professional, ideally within the Land Lease/Over 50's sector, you will have impeccable presentation, strong negotiation and excellent communication skills, the ability to nurture clients through the buying journey and proven success in closing the sale.
