Our business is experiencing phenomenal growth, and we are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator with a flair for Sales to support our civil operations in Western Australia.
About the role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be based in our Perth office and have an opportunity to assist with supporting the delivery of projects and generating sales throughout Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
This role lends itself to supporting other branches of the company with Sales.
This position is ideal for someone who has civil construction experience and would like to step up to a Project Co-Ordinator role whilst extending your Sales expertise.
Your role is critical to ensuring our clients are happy and our projects are delivered to the quality and standard we are renowned for in our industry and that meet our clients' requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with projects ranging from tens of thousands to several millions.

Some of the day-to-day activities involve but are not limited to: Schedule and undertake Sales runs across all Australian States regularly.Build and maintain strong business relationships with both existing & new customers.Actively seek new work across all States.Assist WA with quote & tender preparation.Work with Branch Manager to collectively meet Sales Budget Targets.Complete Job Information sheets.Liaise with product suppliers for floatage and binder deliveries.Coordinate site inspections and quantities prior to allocation of work.Comparison of job costings versus quotes.Ensure field staff maintain systems and follow policies & procedures.Undertake annual refresher training.Supervise works in the field when required - Adhoc.Raise & coordinate monthly Toolbox meeting compliance.Develop & improve QA & OH&S systems.Comply with OHS, Quality and Environmental Certification requirements.Assist with the preparation of tenders and quotes.Liaise with our teams onsite to monitor progress.Provide assistance to our teams on site as required.Provide logistical support for projects.Customer and supplier liaison.Ensure delivery of our HSEQ commitments.Support to the Administration Team.Ideally, you will bring or have: Minimum 5 years experience in the Civil Construction environment.Computer literate with Microsoft Office suite.Drive and determination to learn/upskill with the delivery of civil works.Good communication skills and thrive in a close-knit team environment.Current driver's license and OHS Induction card.Willingness to travel as required.About Us Stabilco is part of The Stabil-Lime Group, a family-owned and operated road construction company with over 40 years in the industry.
