The Role: As the Project Sales Consultant, you will drive all sales outcomes for your project as part of a small, professional and experienced sales team.
You will: Manage buyer enquiry and all prospective leads.
Proactively generate new lead enquiries.
Network with local, interstate and international buyers.
Deliver sales processes from enquiry through to contract and settlement.
Manage detailed input into the CRM system.
Provide dedicated ongoing customer relationship management.
Attend to, and manage the onsite project sales suite.
Other duties as required.
This is a role for an established off the plan sales consultant with strong experience in high-end apartment projects.
