They are currently looking to bolster their sales team by recruiting an experienced Project Sales Consultant with a focus on medium density town homes.
About the role: Reporting to the Sales Manager, your day-to-day activities will include:
Provide "A" class customer experience and service to prospective purchasersBe able to qualify/understand the needs and requirements of the customer and be able to provide the right sales solutionManage the full sales process from initial inquiry right through to settlement always ensuring a strong relationship with customersBe able to confidently achieve and exceed sales targetsProactively manage/follow up all leads and be the ambassador for the project brand and companyEffectively utilise the CRM to achieve sales results and minimise any cancellation ratesRelevant reporting on sales and lead activity to the Sales Manager and the internal project teamCore skills and experience Strong residential project sales experience in launching projects to market and selling well into the project lifecycle.A proven track record of success in sales with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.Be able to navigate buyers through custom changes and designSolid communication and listening skills coupled with superior negotiation skillsStrong relationship management skillsBe resilient, possess a strong work ethic and a winning mentality.The opportunity For the successful candidate, there are several key items that make this role unique and a long-term career opportunity.
