About the Role We are looking for an engaging and driven Community Sales Associate to join our residential Sales team and drive the success of our Lifestyle Community in Beveridge.
This opportunity will be responsible for handling administrative sales tasks, supporting sales activities and the entire sales process to help the team meet or exceed budgeted revenue targets. This role will be based on site 5 days per week.
What You'll Be Doing Welcome and greet prospective home buyers to the community and present the homes and the project in a professional wayAssist the sales team in selling homesHelp coordinate marketing and events for projects e.g. open days, eventsManage the company's existing database of clients relating to the project using the CRM systemManage and follow-up with prospective buyers on the databaseConduct site tours, if necessary, with prospective residentsEnsure properties are always kept immaculateAbout You Customer service oriented with excellent presentation skillsStrong local area knowledgeAbility to liaise with individuals within the seniors' communityStrong organizational skills with a proven ability to work to deadlinesAvailability to work on Saturdays as/when necessary is an essential requirement of the role. This may be on an ongoing rostered basisAvailability to work after hours to support client events or functions e.g. twilight open home viewing for prospective clients.
