We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Smart Infrastructure business unit for an experienced and motivated Project Resource Coordinator.
The role will be working within the Buildings part of our business, based in either our Sydney or Brisbane offices.
The Project Resource Coordinator reporting to The Construction Manager is responsible for supporting project activities by coordinating resources, schedules, and communication across various teams.
Working closely with Project Managers and Team Leaders this role requires excellent collaboration, organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:  The successful candidate will assist in the identification and allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
You will maintain an up-to-date resource inventory and track resource availability utilising Wrike.
You will support the Construction Manager by ensuring Wrike is actively used for the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring that deadlines for timesheets and end of month activities are met.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes with Project Managers, Team Leaders and others as required for resource planning.
Support budget management by ensuring accurate project expenses and resource utilisation.
As well as assist the Construction Manager in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance reports.
You must be able to communicate effectively and be able to build strong relationships at all levels within customer organisations and internally.
