: AU02086 : Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time shareOntwitter shareOnlinkedIn shareOnxing WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR About the Team Based at MILVEHCOE (Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence) Redbank, you will support the Leadership and Program Teams across Tactical Vehicles with all reporting tasks.
About the role The Project Reporting Officer is responsible for supporting Tactical Vehicles Leadership and Program Teams, with a focus on risk and issues management, quality management, benefits management, stakeholder management, contract management, project reporting, project budget forecasting and reporting.
You will provide support and assistance to the Australian based Program Leadership team(s) to achieve a high level of performance excellence.
As Project Reporting Officer , you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include: Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders; You will work closely with cross functional teams to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement; Ensure the timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, risk and dependencies; Identify and resolve any impediments or blockers that may impact on project delivery; and Ensure compliance with data security, data governance.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE What are we looking for?

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: Deep understanding of project management fundamentals; Experience with project management tools such as Jira, or similar; Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Capability to communicate correctly across all levels of internal and external stakeholders; Exceptional MS Office skills i.e.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (Intermediate to Advance); Proven ability to work unsupervised and possess a positive can-do, agile attitude; Microsoft SharePoint Administration experience (desirable); and Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Baseline Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
