Rhomberg Sersa Australia (RSA) are market leaders in complex rail maintenance and construction solutions. As the Australian operating division of the Austrian-based Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group (RSRG), RSA are industry specialists backed by European innovation and local expertise.
Based at our Mayfield West Office and with travel to sites, this role will be responsible for providing assistance to the Construction Operations, Project Managers, and Engineering teams on the delivery of rail projects, including but not limited to:
Prepare various project reports, safety and quality documents and support the development of tender proposals. Assist project financial management, through the Pronto System. Management of internal and external resources including compiling site documents. Participate in project teams both in the field and office to achieve key outcomes. Support the Project Team in financial performance of ongoing projects. Understand and adhere to codes of practice, standards, regulatory legislation and Occupational Health and Safety requirements in the rail industry. Attend pre-job planning and other client meetings, as well as on-site support of project delivery works, as required. About you:
Previous experience in the construction industry (desirable). General awareness of OH&S legislation, including Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card). A high level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Projects, and other project management software. Strong initiative, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team player across all areas of the business. The successful candidate will be able to navigate efficiently from task to task, with versatility, while providing support to the Construction Operations, Project Managers, and Engineering teams.
