Since 2011, Raytheon Australia have been contracted to deliver facilities services in support of the Harold E. Holt (HEH) Defence Precinct in Exmouth, Western Australia. Home to the Space Surveillance Telescope (SST), the C-Band Radar and Very Low Frequency (VLF) radio transmission capability, together these systems add a critical contribution to Australia's space domain awareness and battlespace awareness missions.
Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a bright and energised Project Planning and Control (PP&C) Analyst to join our inspired team.

Reporting to the Program Management Office (PMO) manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and operation of the systems to plan and monitor program performance and ensure these systems are compliant with customer and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure that performance and finance reports generated are prepared in accordance with the reporting timetable and providing analysis and assessment of ongoing project performance.Develop and maintain a resource-loaded integrated master schedule.Develop and maintain the project work breakdown structure and support dictionary.Guide project managers and control account managers in planning, analysing, and assessing project cost and schedule performance.Ensure integrity of data included in performance reports and estimates at completion.Assist with promotion and demonstration of a continuous improvement model, values and approaches to business.Understanding and knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems, project planning and scheduling, risk management and program management.Ability to create and generate standard reports and metrics and interpret them across functional boundaries.Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Minimum years demonstrated experience in project planning and controls;Strong skills with MS Excel and MS Project.Strong task organisational skills and attention to detail.Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills – ability to work effectively across job functions and with external customers and vendors as required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to facilitate a decision-making process.Experience in a defence environment is desirable.Candidate must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
