You'll use your customer-focussed mindset and strong administration skills to ensure a smooth, seamless experience, both for our customers and our internal teams.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by guiding customers through what can be a complex and emotional process and you'll play a key role in coordinating all aspects of the build. You'll be managing weekly workflows, handling orders, appointments, and permits, and preparing contracts and variations. Working closely with multiple teams, you'll streamline processes and ensure smooth project progression, contributing to the successful delivery of each project from start to finish.Some insight into youYou approach your work in a collaborative manner and build rapport with ease.
