Project Planner (P6)
Location: Kwinana
Roster: 5/2 (Monday to Friday)

About the Role UGL are looking for a dedicated P6 Planner to join our Project team at bp's Kwinana Energy Hub. The primary focus of this role is to manage the planning and scheduling aspects for a portfolio of brownfields projects.
Key Responsibilities: Developing and updating resource loaded P6 project schedules in consultation with Project Leads. Providing weekly schedule updates and productivity reports, recognizing potential deviations, and offering performance improvement recommendations. Promptly addressing project inefficiencies and issues in consultation with Site Supervisors. Tracking changes per the approved Change Management Plan and conducting critical path schedule analysis when necessary. Monitoring resources allocation and maintaining updated resources (manpower and equipment) histograms. Tracking, monitoring, and forecasting all activities and deliverables, identifying gaps, and highlighting areas needing action. Familiarizing oneself with work scope, quantity, and logical sequences; maintaining up-to-date portfolio master schedules for accurate forecasting. Conducting field scoping as required, while continuously reviewing and adjusting project plans to achieve project goals. About You: Proficiency in using Project Management tools like Primavera P6 is essential. Several years' experience in planning, scheduling, and controlling projects, preferably in brownfield project environments. Expert in risk and change management. Sound understanding of Earned Value Management. Strong analytical skills to identify project inefficiencies and offer performance improvement recommendations. You're committed to creating safe working environments and are familiar with maintaining Personal Safety Action Plans. Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner.
