Job Description Our Portfolio and Program Advisory (PPA) team in Melbourne, is looking for a high performing Project Planner to work closely with our State Directors to coordinate and communicate the program activities to support our clients and improve the way in which they manage their capital project portfolios and programs.
As a Project Planner you will primarily be responsible for applying a proven project and program management methodology in a multi-project environment to a high standard of excellence.
Alongside these other responsibilities:
Support the development of Strategic / Feasibility / Master Planning & Programmes based on proven methodology. Assist in Evaluation of Tenderer / Contractor Programmes, incl.attendance in tender panels, drafting reports. Assist in monitoring, evaluation and reporting of progress to support program management communications. Effectively engage with stakeholders and clients, incl. independent communication with the client's Project Manager. Preparation of cashflows integrating program& cost data. QSRA, Quality Schedule Risk Analysis. P50/P90 Programrisk. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a building / infrastructure / civil background and project planning, schedule management, risk management & progress tracking.
Ideal experience:
Tertiary qualification inConstruction Management, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5years relevant Planning experience. Experience in construction cost / quantities will be advantageous, including previous experience in examiningEOT and Prolongation claims. Proficient in P6 and MS Project. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ability to provide succinct reporting across a range of audiences. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
