Join a high-end research consultancy embedded in their consulting team as a Project & Operations Manager.
We are looking for a vital new team member to support the research consultants in an operational capacity, ensuring the efficient delivery of market research projects.
The business is expert in all types of clever, customised research for major brands spanning technology, automotive, healthcare, social, retail, and financial services. The variety of projects will keep you on your toes spanning ad hoc, tracking, qual, quant, and thought leadership, often multi-market and international. Key Tasks: Project manage customised quantitative and qualitative research projects Manage relationships, quotes, projects, and deliverables from fieldwork suppliers Devise project plans and project setup Contribute to report preparation and basic analysis – ideally familiar with Q or SPSS Support team coordination and workflow management Proactively support your consultant teams in any way you can Ensure adherence to ISO compliance Key Perks: Established and highly-regarded research agency Structured bonus scheme Extra day of 'birthday' leave Paid parental leave Volunteer Days Tailored training and development Flexible working arrangements Great team socials and office in North Sydney Key Skills: Previous experience in a field/project management capacity in the research industry The ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and timelines Excellent communication skills – keeping teams informed Confidence in leading relationships with suppliers Sharp eye for detail Excellent with MS Office; Q/SPSS ideal but not essential Passion, enthusiasm, drive, composure, and responsibility!
