You will monitor progress, ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and quality, and assist project teams with administrative and technical tasks to assure the implementation and timely delivery of project activity.The Curriculum Domain aims to develop a modern, attainment-based curriculum for Adelaide University, supported by advanced digital tools to deliver a flexible, consistent, and enhanced learning experience for all students.The Student Experience & Administration (SEA) Domain is responsible for ensuring that Adelaide University is equipped with a full range of student services, from enrolment and orientation to student support services and library functions, to completions and graduations.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport and coordinate a range of nominated projects, including scoping, scheduling, tracking, evaluating, and reporting against key milestones and deliverables.Provide high-level project and administrative support to the senior project team members.Research and compile information for communications and assist in the preparation of presentations.Provide support for working groups, committees, and meetings with key stakeholders.Support the preparation, presentation, and communication of high-quality documents, including reports and memorandums related to project activities.Manage logistical requirements for all events, workshops, and activities for the project (i.e., room bookings, set-up of equipment, catering, and refreshments).Essential Skills and ExperienceProven experience working in complex project environments, building strong collaborative relationships.Advanced administrative skills, including supporting committees, working groups, and managing both paper-based and electronic systems.Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritise tasks, and anticipate needs.Strong initiative and resourcefulness, able to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of providing high-quality service to diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality correspondence and reports, with strong attention to detail.About the new Adelaide UniversityThe new Adelaide University will be a future-focused university, a magnet for talented staff and students alike.
