Location: Sydney with flexible working arrangements available
Employment type: 12 Months Temporary full-time position
Salary: Clerk Grade 7/8, Base Salary ($106,025 – $117,363), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role
The purpose of this role is to enhance the IRC's online presence and increase public awareness of its functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to make a meaningful impact through digital communications and project management while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you'll do
You will lead the design and development of the IRC's website and social media platforms. You will manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital content.
You will also:

Engage with key stakeholders to modernise the IRC's website and digital content in line with style guides, templates and policies.
Analyse data to track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project documentation for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
Work as part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and creativity.

What we're looking for
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience in content design and writing or web administration with a content quality focus.
Appointments are subject to reference checks. Some roles may also require the following checks/clearances:

National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
