An exciting opportunity exists to join the Assessment and Reporting Division in the Student Records and Results Unit for an ongoing position.
Project Officer Ongoing roleUsual hours of work: Full time (flexible work conditions maybe available)Usual work location: Melbourne CBD (flexible work conditions maybe available)In working as part of the Student Records and Results Unit, the specific focus of this role will be in supporting the effective work of the Certification, Data and Services team. The main components of the role include but are not limited to:
Processing VCE Second Language applications and EAL applications against a set of criteria, including the audit of VCE Modern Language learner status.Supporting data checks and quality assurance processes undertaken by the unit.The setup of VCE Statement of Marks.Preparation and proofing of the VCE 40+ media extract for publication.Updating senior secondary forms and calendars.Assisting with the processing of purchase order/ receipts on the Oracle platform and the processing of payments through MYOB and EFT.Assisting with the assessment and provision of VCE Equivalent Qualifications, applications for senior secondary replacement certification and credit transfer.Support the processing of post result services.About You: You are driven, enthusiastic and set high standards in your work performance.You are a collaborative team player with a "can do" attitude.You have a willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changing priorities.You have solid spoken and written communication skills in writing emails, letters and reports.Requirements:
