The Sustaining Residential In Reach project is in its second year.
The project officer will be responsible for supporting and evaluating the Loddon Mallee Health Netwotk RIR Telehealth pilot, and for implementing the agreed project recommendations from year 1, along with ongoing data collection and analysis, reporting and evaluation activities.
