Salary packaging options that increase your take-home payJob location This position is located at the Community Forensic Mental Health Service (CFMHS) in Clifton Hill, 15 minutes from Melbourne's city centre. CFMHS is a specialist state-wide agency that works with individuals who have a serious mental health illness and have offended or are at risk of offending. Our CFMHS Service will soon expand to Regional Victoria, with Barwon services being the first region to be commenced.
About the Role: The Project Officer—Regional Expansion is focused on operational development and service establishment for the Regional Forensic Mental Health Expansion project .
Duties: The Project Officer is responsible for the following activities relevant to the p roject o bjectives:
Develop ing , plan ning , and supporting the implementation of the Regional Expansion project .
Engag ing key internal and external stakeholders, including consumer and carer groups, in line with Forensicare's engag e ment principles . Developing, implementing and managing appropriate project activities, including implementation plans and progress reports. Prepar ing project briefs, reports, plans, and recommendations that are clear and considered and provide strong support for a preferred position or action . Supporting relevant project steering committees, advisory groups and working groups. About You: Relevant project management, strategy development and coordination experience . E xcellent organisation skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritise competing tasks, meet competing deadlines and manag e workload with limited supervision. S ound interpersonal skills with p roven ability to engage and consult diverse stakeholders a nd represent the organisation . Awareness and understanding of key principles and driving recommendations within the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System Final Report . ? A culture where people matter.
