About your opportunity Fixed Term Temporary part-time / 64 hours per fortnight / up to 30.06.2025.
In this role you will manage the delivery and implementation of Geriatric Evaluation and Management in the Home and Geriatric Evaluation and Management - Rehabilitation in the home to suitable patients in their home to avoid the need for a hospital admission. The project manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives and adoption of any change through effective change management.
The position requires a significant level of autonomy and the ability to work collaboratively with many stakeholders. It will provide expert project and change management advice and leadership to ensure ongoing efficiency and performance of the organisation.
What's on Offer? (Remuneration) Generous remuneration package value up to $11,557 p.m. comprising:
Salary range of $70.99 to $74.07 p.h. (HP5) or $66.85 to $72.58 p.h. (Nurse Grade 7) Annual leave with 17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation. The Ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies including demonstrated ability to lead small to large scale projects within a health service or similar environment to achieve successful project outcomes within constrained timeframes. Demonstrated ability to use high level communication, interpersonal, consultation, partnership, and negotiation skills to create a strong client focus, influence the decisions, actions or perceptions of stakeholders and achieve outcomes. Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and innovative problem-solving skills. Proven ability to understand and react responsively to client expectations. Proven negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a project and program environment. Requirements Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded i.e project management The successful applicant must hold a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant, eligible Health Practitioner Profession and be eligible for registration/ membership with the relevant allied health registration board and/or professional body. This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis. Probation period may apply. Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
