Our clients include some of Australia's largest electricity utilities, infrastructure and renewable developers, commercial and industrial companies and transport network operators.About the Role:We are looking for an aspiring Project Quality professional to join our Project Controls team based at our Melbourne's CBD head office on a full-time and permanent basis.Working on multiple projects, including our Limondale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located in Balranald, NSW, this role will work collaboratively with the Project Delivery team (including Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Project Engineers) to ensure the efficient use and management of our internal reporting system. This includes managing, monitoring, and maintaining the internal system to support the reporting of construction, quality, and commissioning activities accurately and timely.In addition, this role will support the wider team with project administration activities, which include Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Contract Administration, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and project closeout.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in preparing, delivering, and interpreting reports and working with multiple stakeholders to obtain data and inputs. In addition, this candidate will have well-developed verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills.What you'll deliver:Manage and maintain the internal reporting system to support the reporting of construction and quality activities.Set up forms to collect data for project reporting and be the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing project progress information.Work in close coordination with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors.Develop project documentation and progress reports following organisational templates and manage changes during project delivery.Act as the liaison between site-based staff, the Project Manager, and contractors where appropriate, actively solving problems and managing risk.Monitor project construction and quality progress reported in the system to ensure accurate, timely, and complete data collection.Generate daily reports for monitoring project progress (i.e., daily productivity report, daily overall progress report, logistics statistics report, and other reports as per site request).Act as the primary point of contact for system-related queries, addressing Project Delivery and Quality team and system users' needs and providing status updates.To succeed in this role you'll have:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in engineering, commerce, IT, construction, or project management.Strong proficiency in Excel with knowledge of VBA desirable.Knowledge and proven implementation of Project Quality tools applications (Pronto-form, Procore, Field-view, or similar).Previous experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.Previous experience managing and liaising with a range of key stakeholders.Well-established analytical and problem-solving skills and completion focus.Your career with Beon Energy Solutions:We have a diversity of teams across our business, all contributing to great customer and community outcomes.
