We ensure Albury is a great place to live, work, and invest.Qualifications & ExperienceTertiary qualification in a related field or demonstrated extensive experience in a similar role.High-level written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.Ability to develop and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes that contribute to the achievement of the organisation's strategic goals.Class C Driver's licence.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist in initiating, planning, coordinating, preparing, and implementing design and/or construction contracts to deliver Albury City's infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and in line with AlburyCity's guidelines.Champion and coordinate all phases of a project's lifecycle including Initiate, Plan, Design, Delivery, and Close-out.Ensure the satisfactory implementation of AlburyCity's project management system.Monitor and update project information within the project management system to keep it up to date.Champion the use of the project management framework and project management system.HoursBased on a 35-hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.BenefitsLive and work in a culture-rich location minutes from the Murray River, just a short drive to one of Victoria's best wine regions, and with the ski fields so close you will be zooming down the mountains in under two hours.Our employee benefits include professional development and flexible working conditions.
