One role will be dedicated to focusing on our IPART submission, supporting the team in not only the preparation of this work but also the implementation of the determination and the resulting deliverables and priorities across the business.
The second role will focus on projects specifically relating to the security of water and sewer, helping to effectively manage risk across a range of hazard vectors including physical hazards, personnel hazards, supply chain risk and cyber security for operational technology.
Reporting to either the Team Leader Strategy and Performance or the Team Leader Risk and Reporting, this role will see you use your specialist knowledge to develop, implement and monitor business improvement initiatives, risk framework requirements, tenders, contract management while ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with regulatory obligations, security legislation and relevant standards.
In addition, you will use your effective time management skills in the day to day planning and coordination of projects, while working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient utilisation of resources to achieve defined and agreed business outcomes.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have: A Certificate IV in Project Management or other relevant discipline, combined with ongoing professional development.Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to coordinate project requirements in conjunction with various levels of staff.Project management skills with an understanding of contract management principles including but not limited to participation and involvement in workshop design.Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position ranges between $85.8k to $103k (dependent on skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation.This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight.We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite.This role is located at the Nexus Business Hub, North Wyong.Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.
