The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a talented individual, with a passion for providing support services to the general public, with strong administration and stakeholder relations experience, ideally in a paralegal or insurance claims workplace environment.
This role is temporary in nature, for a maximum term of 5 months, temporary.
The role: Provide high level administrative support to stakeholders of Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) insurances, Interpretation of legal and financial documents, collating of documents, assessments of clients eligibility requirements and processing of insurance claims, Work in collaboration with the financial planning teams, for final determination and approval of claims, Maintain data accuracy through professional administrative processes, Further adhoc admin support.
About you: To be successful in these roles, you would posses: Demonstrated experience in a legal clerk or insurance claims environment, advising on legal matters and professional services Demonstrated experience providing support to varied stakeholders, including members of the public and internal team Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities, Strong computer literacy skills and in-depth knowledge of navigating different CRM systems and databases We are currently recruiting this above role for an immediate start and require candidates who have full availability for 5 months.
