If you have experience in project management and a talent for building relationships then we want you to join our dynamic team dedicated to the redevelopment of our facilities, which includes upgrades and new builds at Flinders Medical Centre, Noarlunga Hospital and Repat Health Precinct, to provide southern suburbs' residents with better access to vital healthcare.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the SALHN Redevelopment Team. As the Project Officer, you will Support the Capital Lead Redevelopment and the Redevelopment Team on Stage 1 Projects across Flinders Medical Centre, Repat Health Precinct and Noarlunga Hospital. The Project Officer will Lead and assist on this exciting project by delivering effective administration support for the team.
About you: Experience providing effective, efficient and confidential project support and administrative services, which will involve the preparation of meeting agendas, notes and papers, correspondence, briefings and records management.High level of interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels from a range of professions, and to develop rapport and effective working relationships with staff at senior levels.The ability to prepare timely, clear and concise written communication including agendas, minutes and briefs.Significant experience in producing a range of high-quality documents.Apply now to be apart of this exciting journey towards transformation!
