About The Role This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours a week at the Nowra Administration Building.

This position is responsible for providing project management and contract administration support in the delivery of a wide range of building infrastructure, services and compliance projects, including coordinating upgrade or renewal works in accordance with delivery programs, from inception to completion.

Duties Reporting directly to the Manager - Building Services, the focus of this position is to:
Provide effective project management and site representation across a range of projects including direct management of contract works.
Undertake routine monitoring of technical, quality, environment and WHS compliance.
Ensure applicable legislative requirements are fulfilled by contractors undertaking.
