Salary: $106,025.00 pa - $117,363.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loadingYour roleAs a Project Officer in Shared Services with the NSW Government, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and driving key projects that enhance our service delivery.
The Shared Services & Customer Experience purpose is to enhance our customer experience by partnering in the delivery of value-added shared services.What you'll doThe Service Management Assurance (SMA) function provides Service Enablement capabilities across Performance & Assurance, Transformation & Change, and Intelligent Automation streams.You will coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will include:Developing project plansMonitoring progressPreparing detailed reportsCollaborating with various stakeholdersProviding support and guidance to ensure project milestones are metIdentifying risks and implementing effective solutionsChange and testing support for shared services projectsWhat we're looking forWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for public service.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in coordinating complex projects.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse teams.
A background in government or shared services is highly desirable.
