PTA Project Delivery is a vibrant team within an exciting and fast paced environment. We are seeking two Project Officers to assist with the coordination and delivery of projects for the Public Transport Authority. 
We are seeking two Project Officers to assist with the coordination and delivery of PTA Project Delivery's projects for the Public Transport Authority. In this role you will provide project and contract administration support to assist project teams. You will play a key role in scoping, developing, and delivering projects while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards. These positions offer an opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and private enterprises.
As a Project Officer you will provide a range of project support services, including the preparation and management of project management documentation, reports, and financial updates. You will also be involved in contract administration, preparing briefs, evaluating tenders, managing contract payments, and monitoring project and contractor performance. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, this role will allow you to develop your skills while contributing to the PTA's long-term success.
About You! To excel in this role, you should possess:
Relevant project coordination experience, including knowledge of project scheduling, risk management, procurement activities, and scope/change management, as well as a general understanding of project and contract management.Experience in coordinating infrastructure development projects with the ability to contribute to successful project outcomes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work well in a team, build and maintain effective relationships, and negotiate and/or resolve conflicts as needed.Well developed organisational, conceptual, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a project environment.About Us The Public Transport Authority's (PTA) vision is to be recognised as a leader in providing world-class public transport services and solutions.
